Appointments
Please call, email or visit the spa in advance to make reservations for treatments. At the time of your reservation please have a credit card or gift certificate available. Saturday’s are our busiest days and typically is booked at least a month in advance, however please feel free to call on shorter notice as we may have had cancellations.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow ample time for check in. Out of consideration of our other guests, late arrivals will not be able to receive their full service time yet remain responsible for the full service price.
Cancellations
At Spa Tranquila we appreciate your business. In the event that a cancellation is necessary, Spa Tranquila requests that you please notify us 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Spa Tranquila reserves the right to charge your credit card or gift certificate for 50% of the service(s) if the required 24 hours notice of cancellation has not been honored. Scheduling an appointment with Spa Tranquila is your acceptance of this policy. Thank you!
Special Considerations
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere we ask that all cellular phones or pagers be turned off prior to entering the spa.
Dress comfortably; robes, sandals & lockers are available.
All of our treatments have been designed with the shy and modest in mind.
Most of our treatments are suitable for individuals 13 or older with parental consent. We ask that younger children do not accompany you for treatments.
We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating a behavior that is perceived as inappropriate by any member of our staff.
Gratuities are not included in the price of spa services but may be given at your discretion in appreciation for exceptional service.
Your feedback is essential in providing you with the best service possible. We encourage you to communicate with the staff regarding your comfort and experience.
Health
Certain treatments should not be performed on those with severe medical conditions or those who are pregnant. Please notify the staff when you are making an appointment, some conditions may require a doctor’s approval.

Searching for the perfect gift …
At Spa Tranquila we have Gift Certificates that can be purchased in person or over the telephone. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Gift Certificates can be mailed to the recipient, sent via email or kept on file. Gift certificates purchased for a specific treatment do have an expiration date of one year from the purchased date. Gift certificates purchased for a monetary ($) amount have no expiration date. At Spa Tranquila as an added service we will call the recipient of the gift certificate before the expiration date on their gift certificate. Please be sure to provide us with the telephone number of the person receiving the gift certificate. Thank you
